Margaret "Peg" E. Tobin, RNPresident and CEO of Tobin & Associates, Inc. Peg Tobin has successfully operated as CEO for Tobin & Associates for over ten years. Her professional nursing career, which began in 1985, has spanned the health care industry including positions in Hospitals, Sub-Acute and Long Term Care Settings. Peg's work ethic fostered her growth into nurse management and oversight which lead to various positions as a Corporate Clinician dealing with reimbursement and representation in Administrative Law Judge Hearings. Her professional nursing experiences have made Peg a sought after lecturer and author of several published articles in health care trade magazines. Peg is also the Co-Founder, President and Clinical Specialist for Interactive Care Network, LLC. Interactive Care Network provides hospitals with a interactive web application, located at the bedside of patients, to assist discharge planners in streamlining the discharge process for patients needing any type of after hospital care or equipment. Before becoming a Registered Nurse, Peg taught math for 10 years at the high school level for the public school system. Richard M. Tobin, BA, LNHAVice President of Tobin & Associates, Inc. Richard Tobin has had multiple years of experience in Health Care Administration. He has been a Administrator, Executive Director, and Regional Director in the Long Term Care industry. Richard has experience in pre-opening and ongoing hospital operations of hospital subacute units, newly constructed nursing care facilities and free standing multi-disciplinary outpatient clinics have proven to be of particular fiscal value to many corporations. Richard has provided several national health care corporations with comprehensive assessments, market studies to improve census and financial improvement strategies. Richard has participated in the market study for Artromick, a pharmaceutical equipment company, on their new successful EMAR program. Richard also serves as the Co-Chairman of the Board for Interactive Care Network, LLC. |
