Tobin & Associates knows the impact vacancies in management positions have on a company's clinical, operational and financial performance. Often, an extensive and aggressive search process must be conducted in order to find the most qualified professional. A designated Search Consultant will conduct a confidential five step approach to best identify your needs. The five steps include:1. Consultation ConsultationYour search consultant will talk with you at length to gather information about your company, the facility, and the position. We then develop a Position Profile which helps the search consultant locate, screen, and qualify candidates whose experience and skills match the position responsibilities.
ResearchUsing the relationships we have built with key professionals in the Health Care Community, your search consultant will work to locate candidates for the position. Though the exact timing of finding candidates depends largely on the position and geographic location, your search consultant has been trained to uncover candidates as quickly as possible.
ScreeningYour search consultant will use a variety of techniques to carefully screen candidates. We are candid with candidates, not only telling them about the positive aspects of the position, but also preparing them for the challenges. Our honesty with candidates saves your company valuable time and resources; you will only see candidates who have the desire and skill set to tackle the challenges of the position head-on.
Presentation & InterviewOnce a candidate has successfully completed our screening process, your search consultant will present the candidate to you. Instead of just seeing a resume, you will receive detailed information about the candidate, which will help you decide if the candidate is really worth talking to. If you decide you would like to talk with the candidate, your search consultant will help you arrange telephone interviews and in-person interviews.
OfferOnce you decide to make an offer to a candidate, your search consultant will be more than happy to assist you with the negotiating process. Candidates know upfront your salary range and benefit package, we do this to avoid any obstacles that may interfere with the negotiating process.
